Stephanie empowers her clients to overcome mental health challenges by providing support in alleviating depression, managing anxiety, and addressing symptoms related to trauma and PTSD. Additionally, she assists clients in managing dysfunctional thoughts, eradicating negative behavioral habits or patterns, and adjusting to life changes. Stephanie achieves this through a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy approaches.
Outside of her professional life, Stephanie enjoys spending quality time with her family and loved ones, singing, songwriting, and watching movies and television shows.
Stephanie’s mission at Greater Houston Counseling Services is to instill hope, become a safe space to promote positive change, and ensuring that every client leaves each session feeling more capable and optimistic about their future. She is a dedicated advocate for mental wellness, a supportive guide through mental health challenges, and strives to be one of the sources of hope for children, adolescents, and families.
